Terms & Conditions

1.	All applications to participate in the stated programs/courses are subject to acceptance by Hypnae Center Pte Ltd or the awarding institutions. No reasons will be given in the event of a refusal. The decision of the management of Hypnae Center Pte Ltd is full and final. We will not entertain appeals.
2.	Upon acceptance to participate in the course, the applicant will be required to make FULL payment before the commencement of the course.
3.	Payment in cheque should be crossed and made payable in favour of HYPNAE CENTER PTE LTD. Alternatively, credit card payments can be effected in the office. On-line VISA and MasterCard credit card payment can be effected viz www.hypnae.com
4.	In special cases when discounts are offered to applicants, a deposit of 30% of the full fees (for the said course) is necessary to secure the said discounted programs. This can be in cash, cheque or credit card payment.
5.	For cancellation made 7 (seven) days prior to the date of course commencement, a 40% (forty percent) charge of the course fees shall be imposed.
6.	In the case of no-show or cancellation (1) one day prior to the date of course commencement, the full fees will be charged.
7.	For cancellation of more than 8 (eight) days, a refund of the full fees will apply, subject to the administrative charge of S$200.00 per course.
8.	Hypnae Center Pte Ltd as the course provider reserves the right to make changes without prior notice. In the event of such changes and due notification (email and/or telephone) the new course details will ensue. In this case, when the applicant withdraws, then the above clause(s) applies.
9.	Applicants, by this signature also irrevocably agree to consent Hypnae Center Pte Ltd to videotape, photos, audio and video recording of all training programs and to permit Hypnae Center Pte Ltd to use these recordings for its training and promotional purposes.
