Empath-Talk Parents

Have you encountered times when your words fall on deaf ears at home? Isn’t it frustrating to let your feelings go amok as you try time and time again to get your children to respond to you? Just love and well meaning alone are not enough for parents. We need skills. Skills that let our children feel right so that they will behave right.

One important thing to note is that the way we talk and discipline our children will be exactly the same way that they will be to their children. More importantly, it will be the way that they will behave towards you when you’re old and dependent on them.

This workshop aims to provide those skills to you, to help you communicate better with your child. Learning to understand your children’s interpretation of the world can allow you to reach them not as parents, but as friends. Wouldn’t that be wonderful?
