Imagine yourself at your most confident in public. Perhaps you could be offering a few precious words of encouragement to your team members, or maybe you might be making an important presentation to a new customer. Whatever your job or calling, chances are that, at some point in time, you are going to be involved in public speaking. Unfortunately, according to the universal list of fears, the fear of speaking in public ranks as No.1. The fear of dying is a mere No.7 in comparison.
Now, if only you could learn to overcome your fear of public speaking, just about anything would seem possible. Indeed, it could alter the way you think about yourself, the kind of jobs you apply for and your skills in other social settings.
Coping with stage fright Stage fright is a phenomenon that has to be overcome if you want to be good at public speaking. Stage fright, however, isn't technically an accurate term as most of the fear takes place beforehand.
To be fair, everyone, even experienced speakers, experience some form of anxiety when speaking in front of a group. This is perfectly normal. So the best way to deal with this anxiety is to first acknowledge that it is normal and that you are not alone. Now that you have come to terms with your feelings of anxiety, it is important not to let yourself be incapacitated by it. Try to think of stage fright in a positive way. Fear is not your enemy; it is your friend. It gives you motivation to prepare thoroughly, sharpens your reflexes, heightens your energy level and makes you more conscious of your posture and breathing. Harness it positively, and you can turn it into vitality and enthusiasm.
Indeed, what any audience wants to listen to is a well-prepared, honest speaker who believes in his message. But don't let those expectations intimidate you. Because even before you utter your first greeting, your audience will probably already have a positive impression of you. They probably admire and respect you for having the courage to speak publicly - something that they themselves may find daunting. So bear that in mind and hold your head up high.
How hypnosis can help Of course, for some, the fear may run deeper, stemming from childhood experience. For instance, they may have received strange looks or giggles from classmates during a class presentation, and this negative response might have made a lasting impression. In such cases, it may be best to seek professional help to overcome this phobia.
Hypnosis may very well negatethis effect. Visualisation during hypnosis can help you view the situation as non¬stressful and enhance your confidence. Impressed upon your subconscious will be images of yourself relaxed, calm and coolly walking to the lectern.
You will envision the audience smiling, nodding and applauding. On speech day, these positive triggers will enable your vision to materialise.
Hypnosis can also help you acquire better breathing techniques, which will help you to relax during the public presentation. It can help you attain mental clarity and a positive mental state as well.
With hypnosis, you too can enjoy speaking in public, writing your own speeches and presentations, and most importantly, getting your thoughts across in a calm, assertive and impressive manner. And when you hear that applause and see smiling faces, it will be the most wonderful feeling in the world
My handwriting has improved. I feel more confident talking to people; last but not least I can sleep better.

It has been a very satisfying and enriching experience. I am able to relax better and easier and that is a great feeling. Along the way, I did find a huge shift in my perspective and am able to see things in a lighter mode. I am definitely more positive now and strongly believe the power of sub-conscious and positivity. I have been feeling great about working with my therapist and myself. I believe that I can really achieve anything and believe that I deserve nothing but the least. The law of the universe takes care of the rest.

Dear therapist, I would like to thank you for all your help and advices, I really needed them. Today after the end of the therapy, I can see the difference in me. I feel more confident, happy and I can say also that I am a different person. I can manage my stress and even if sometimes I have difficulties in dealing with other human beings, immediately I take control of the situation and I managed to communicate easily with my family.
Again, many thanks and I also thanks for giving me an opportunity to meet you.

I felt that I was recovered within 15 days. I was struggling with my personal relationship issue. I was greatly affected, lost hope, aim, and everything. Here, I had five sessions and my therapist helped me to recover fast and made me a strong person. I look forward to a better future, be stable and firmed in handling issues.
Now, I realized that I can do better and stand up to every situation myself and have matured thoughts.

Dear therapist, the first thing that it is important for me to tell you is that because I like you, and I felt from the start a positive chemistry towards you. I could be open to the success of the treatment.
As I mentioned to you, your voice played no small part in this, I am very focused on what I hear, and your voice is breathy and soothing while still having strength and purpose.
The session had taught me new things, as well as reinforcing things which I already knew. I have learned how important breathing is. There is simply no room for me to give myself positive suggestion or guide my thoughts if I am tight and tense. In the past, I have tried to force negative thoughts away, pushing my thoughts towards more positive ones. This is simply not effective when already blocked by tension. So one step of producing in myself first, a relaxed state, breathing deeply, etc., is one I cannot skip.
I have known for many years that how one thinks of a particular issue, problem or situation determines whether that issue has a positive or negative character.
This time however, I feel and hope that I have learned methods, acquired tools with which I can continually work towards achieving a more positive, open perspective towards issues which have troubled me.
It occurs to me that much of what has been on my mind dissipates when I am on vacation (although not at all of it).So I have decided to try something new; calling every day a “holiday”. Let’s see what happens!
Thank you for your personal efforts to understand and work with my particular situation. Overall, this has been a very positive and effective experience for me. Now I have got some work to do on it.

Dear therapists, I have the opportunity to start my therapy. I really enjoyed the first three times with him. Appreciate the opportunity given to me to meet up after the demise of her husband. He was always present during my therapy and I know that my therapist felt the same too.
I’m really happy with the result today because I’m feeling more confident and specially feeling great. I came here with a serious skin disorders and finally understood that the problem was not outside. I was always looking for external causes but in the end, the real problem was inside my mind and now I feel more than happy. Thank you so much. I decided to continue in the future put to use as a part of my routine.

One week or so before coming to
Now, I am more peaceful. My mind is not so racy or full. I felt some quietness within me. I feel light. At night, my mind is also less troubled or in a mess. I sleep better. On one or two nights when I have not had a proper sleep, I don’t fret. I just got up, do some work or watch T.V. then get back to bed. I feel happier also. And I would like to take this opportunity to thank my therapist for guiding me through these hypnosis sessions.
May God continue to bless her and her work be fulfilled.

I really liked the hypnosis as it was very relaxing to just lie down and rest. It really benefited my life as I myself felt great improvement within myself.
Thank you to my therapist for your effort has really paid off. This made me a better person.

“I have learned from my therapist that hypnosis is not a magic but an approach to eliminate the negative thoughts that I have. It is all about how I think and how I want things to be. Thanks to my therapist that I now learn to “manage” my thoughts. I used to be fearful of heights and felt depressed. Now I feel really great! I truly enjoyed the sessions and greatly appreciated the efforts My therapist has put in for me!”

I can concentrate better in class after sleeping earlier as been advised by my therapist. Till now I have to try heard to maintain the discipline of course. Hypnosis has helped me relax better and I do feel more confident doing certain things. I will continue to apply the techniques he gave me and I will see how my results are in the end. I also appreciate the hypnotherapist in being a nice friend and helpful. I will definitely keep in contact after today’s last session.”

“Since I did hypnosis I have become much more positive. I have learnt how to reject negative thoughts and to be much happier in myself. Out woes have improved as a result of my strengthened positive energy and I have more energy to live and enjoy my everyday life. I also believe I have become a better person to be around as my positive energy rubs off on those around me making them feel better about their lives too. Everyone seems happier and happy to see me which makes me feel good. Only good things happen around me now.”

“We had a few issues we been working on for over a year for example, hair cut, attire etc. My son was being very stubborn and resisted to the extent that we, the family thought we needed help. It was obvious that he knew he looked unattractive and he actually did want to change as well but something was holding him back. After two sessions with my therapist, he was comfortable and more relaxed with the idea of a new hair style. Followed by this, his views as well took another step forward. He actually opens up much more to people around him.”

“Dear therapist, what I like about using hypnosis is that it helps me realize what kind of person I am and where I am and how I can change. This developed my happiness, creativity, and relaxation. I myself have many bad habits like being a serious person, not opening up to others, always in smiling, being intense, not being a confident person, having no respect for myself, and not having the right body language. Whenever I use hypnosis, I change gradually step by step. After a few sessions with you, I improved tremendously. Now I am less serious, happier, less of an enclosed person and having more confidence in myself. But I still have some more bad habits which I can change by using this technique. Thanks to my therapist!”

I have been feeling really confident in what I do and I have become more independent. Since 31st of January, I was less confident in my decision making and was lost. And from then on, I have become a new person. Thank you very much.”

“Dear therapist, It now been a few weeks since we completed the sessions. Instead of writing a note to thank you immediately, I took some time to reflect and pen some thoughts on the outcomes. Here are some of them for your readers.
- Understand and appreciate the power of the subconscious mind.
- On my way to conquering my challenges.
- Am more understanding of the challenged that others including my family goes through and am now less judgmental.
- Appreciate the little things that people do and am grateful for the same.
- Have still a way to go, but with your guidance I’m sure I will get there.”

“Dear therapist, this journey has been somewhat akin to an emotional rollercoaster. When I first started therapy I desperately wanted to be rid of this habit of pulling my hair but 10 years had worn down my resolve and my confidence in my ability to ‘kick’ the habit! I now feel a much greater sense of hope and confidence. Over the last ten days my hair pulling has decreased significantly, with only one intense episode during the Chinese New Year period. I have hope and confidence that this will last in the long tem. The sessions have strengthened my resolve, my willpower and confidence. I also found your EFT technique useful as it is something I can rely on when the urge to pull “strikes” again. I do realize however that hypnosis is not a miracle cure and I will work hard to ensure that these positive effects last. Thank you for giving me hope… I feel that this is the beginning of a really wonderful, “pull-free” life ahead. I really hope that it is.”

“First of all I would like to thank my therapist and his staff for their very friendly and interested way of treating me! It was a surprise for me – not planned – to come and be here, but I feel it has gone the way it should. About the therapy: I cannot tell myself whether it has worked.
