“It is very effective. Somehow after using hypnosis, I can manage to wake up on my own to go to the toilet. Before that, I used to sleep all the way to the morning and wet the bed unknowingly. But after using hypnosis, I wake up almost every time I feel the urge.”

“Dear Moses, Thank you so much for all of your help! Since starting hypnosis I have been feeling a lot better about myself and confronted several issues that cause me to binge eat. I have los several kilos and have been able to alter my mentality so that I no longer get cravings or binge. Hypnosis has been very very helpful for me, and I just wanted to really thank you. Reflecting on my reasons for binging, visualizing my future if I take the wrong path, confronting my mum etc has really helped me understand myself better and I know that I will continue with this frame of mind and continue to lose weight until I reach my goal and from then on just maintain a healthy lifestyle.”
